For office visits we highly recommend appointments and that you come prepared with the following information to help us expedite your needs:

• Desired number of items needed and size breakdown, brands or style numbers especially helpful
• Bring with you or email us art files in advance, i.e. vector files, mock ups or sketches 
• Choose a shirt color or item color (s) you want, we can show you the closest colors we have
  
• We do provide artwork refinements and help at no charge along with most orders
• We do not provide artwork services during office visits or provide pro-bono artwork without a confirmed order
• While we can help you refine your artwork, we cannot make a design for you without your input, a sketch or clipart or other basis from which to start.
  
• Artwork is done after an order is initiated via email (Proofing stage)

From Washington, D.C. or the 495 Beltway/Route 267 Dulles Toll Road
Take 495 to Route 267 (Dulles Toll Road) to the Fairfax County Parkway exit. Turn right onto the Fairfax County Parkway and go to the Baron Cameron/Elden Street exit. Turn left onto Elden Street (Elden Street is to the west only) and continue to the second light and turn left onto Carlisle Drive. Fairfax Screen Printing and Embroidery is located in the second row of buildings on the right. The entrance to our sales office/showroom is found in Unit 623, at the backside of the building, and is clearly marked above the door, Unit 623 Fairfax Screen Printing.
