We stand behind our products 100%, if your order is not to your satisfaction or materially flawed in any way, you may return your order within 15 days of purchase. You must contact us within 48 hours upon receipt of your order.
Pricing
There are no set up charges on any in-house screen printing orders.
Embroidery set-up charges are a one-time fee based on the number of stitches in your embroidery logo.
Promotional products often carry set up charges. This varies by item and is seen under Additional Info link on each item.
Pricing is based on the following factors:
-choice of product
-quantity ordered
-number of locations in your imprint
-number of ink colors in your design
To lower your cost per item, we recommend the following.
-choose white blank products, these cost less than colors
-order larger quantities, this reduces your per item cost
-only print your shirts in one location (i.e. front only, back only etc.)
-limit the number of ink colors in your design
Forms of Payment
Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Personal and Business checks accepted. Purchase orders are accepted, but are reserved for qualified organizations only (e.g. schools, government agencies, and large corporations). We ask that a hard copy be faxed or emailed to us.
Minimum Order Size on In-house Screen Printing and Embroidery
Due to the cost of setup and preparation, 12 pieces is our minimum. To lower your per piece price, we recommend ordering the maximum number of shirts you anticipate needing.
Delivery Time on In-house Screen Printing and Embroidery
You can choose from Standard pricing or Rush. 7-10 working days for standard delivery, 3-5 working days for Rush delivery
Quality or Shortage Disputes
If there is a problem with the quality of the product, or a shortage of products ordered, you must notify us immediately. Disputes of this nature will only be honored if you notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Printing on Customer Supplied merchandise
We print on and embroider only on the items we sell from our catalogs. We cannot print on clothing or other items supplied by customers.
Buying Blank Merchandise from Us
We do not sell unembellished or blank clothing or products. Our business is to offer you fully customized and personalized products.
Shipping
We can ship your order via UPS, we charge at actual UPS shipping rates.
